Pool configuration on logyconcept3D is accessible to all users! Ghanks to our catalog of pre-designed pools, you can create a pool with a simple drag-and-drop operation. Then it's time to customize your pool! You can modify its shape, its floor, add any type of staircase or protection such as a roller shutter, as well as customize the interior lining (liner, mosaic, porcelain stoneware...), coping stones... A "free form" feature lets you create a pool with particular shapes directly on a 2D plan. You can also save your created pools in a Favorites catalog.

It's easy to create your customer's project, because with logyconcept3D, a swimming pool can be designed in less than 5 minutes! For photo integration, you can use one or more photos taken by you or your customer. Logyconcept3D's specific system enables you to integrate your project to scale.
The realism of Augmented Reality with logyconcept3D is also an asset for presenting quality projects to your customers. The "3D engine" used in logyconcept3D is designed to create realistic construction or renovation projects that blend harmoniously with the existing environment. Each 3D element in the scene can be customized in terms of size or color, for 100% projects tailored to your customers' desires.
Thanks to a geolocation system, logyconcept3D lets you simulate the shadows of objects in the scene according to the time and date the photo was taken. You can also create projects in Night Mode, so that customers can dream of beautiful summer evenings by the pool. Luminous objects (spotlights, candles, lights...) light up to enhance realism, and the pool also lights up, again with the option of choosing light color and intensity.
15-MINUTE POOL WORKS DECLARATION
Logyconcept3D can be used to create Declarations of Works including CERFA and mandatory appendices: site plans, massing plans, sectional plans, landscape insertions, near and distant environments and other particularities requested by town councils... all while keeping things simple! For example, the ground plan can be retrieved in 1 click using the customer's address. The section plan is automatically generated from the 3D pool. It's then up to you to personalize the plans by dragging and dropping customization objects, such as dimensions that integrate with the scale.

SITE OPENING AND CLOSING CERFA FORMS
The software lets you extract CERFAs for opening and closing construction sites! CERFAs are pre-filled with your customer's address, and you can centralize their design in the project created with logyconcept3D.
INTEGRATION OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION VIA EXTRABAT ACCOUNT
To avoid manual re-entries, you can import your customer's address directly through his Extrabat account, then export the elements created with logyconcept3D to a specific folder as well.
