How do I subscribe to logyconcept3D?
Go to our "Buy" page, where you will find our packages and prices. Choose your subscription package and you will be redirected to your Logyline Connect customer area. Create your space, then proceed to the subscription by entering your credit card details or your IBAN.
How do I install the software?
Once you've subscribed, the option to download logyconcept3D appears in the 9 dots at the top right of your Logyline Connect space. Once downloaded, simply install it.
How long does it take to make a project?
It all depends on the project: a pool and terrace or a whole landscaping project? Some projects can be completed in 5 to 10 minutes, whether you're a beginner or an experienced user. Other projects may take longer, depending on your needs and your level of software use. Thanks to our techniques and technologies, logyconcept3D is very easy to use.
What is the Logyline test pattern?
The test pattern is essential for creating Augmented Reality projects using multiple photos. Find out more about the test pattern on this video.
What if I'm not the only person in my company using the software?
If you subscribe, you will be given an Administrator profile for your Logyline Connect space (this can be changed later). This profile allows you to invite other people in your company to create their own Logyline Connect space and download the software.
What if I need help with the software?

How do I know if logyconcept3D is compatible with my computer?
You can have your computer diagnosed with our logydiag tool. We'll analyze the information you send us (Windows version, RAM, graphics card, space, etc.) and get back to you to tell you whether installation is possible. Generally speaking, current computers are perfectly suitable.
How do I use logyconcept3D if I have a MAC?
Several customers are already using logyconcept3D on their MACs. There are 3 solutions:
- install Windows on the MAC computer, via DualBoot. When the computer is launched, it will ask you whether you wish to work on the Windows or MAC interface.
- use a virtual computer, such as those available through Shadow subscriptions (PCs in the cloud)
- purchase a Windows computer or tablet, dedicated to the use of the software.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the software?
Refunds are not possible. However, if you need reassurance before making a long-term commitment to the software, take out a monthly subscription to start with. You can switch to an annual subscription at the end of your first month.
